If you cancel your order before our designers have started work on your concepts, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Design Work Has Begun

Because every signature is a personalized, custom-made creative work, payments become non-refundable once design work has started.

If you are not satisfied with your initial concepts, we will work with you through the revision rounds included in your package to reach a result you love.

Exceptional Cases

If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason on our side, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Duplicate or accidental payments are always refunded in full.
